SoBo, short for *sophisticated bohemian*, embodies Chef Lisa Ahier’s style of grassroots gourmet cuisine. Dishes highlight wild, foraged, and local seasonal ingredients, and are complemented by the region’s best biodynamic wines and craft brews.

SoBo’s identity has been shaped by an ethos of sourcing local, organic, and wild foraged ingredients. Surrounded by the rich abundance of produce and seafood on British Columbia’s west coast, Chef Lisa works closely with dozens of the area’s independent growers, fishers, and harvesters to source exceptional ingredients for the menu.
